LOVE TALK READ

"We collect new and gently-used children’s books to share with at-risk children and families to keep at home. One of the greatest predictors of children’s literacy and overall academic success is the number of books they have available to them at home." Love Talk Read's goal is to decrease the literacy deficiencies in children that live in poverty stricken areas.  Love Talk Read has not only distributed books all over our home town, Sacramento, but as well as other countries on the other side of the world!
